Alta Mere Auto Care

Not my first time here and definitely won't be my last either. I can't express what outstanding customer service Cheryl displayed. She was polite and friendly. They finished my oil changed in like 10-15 min and I'm back again for my emissions test. I also want to express my gratitude towards the supervisor/manager that was also up front, super professional and understanding. Great staff all around 👍

These guys are fabulous!!! I was in from out of town for my son‘s baseball tournament and my AC went out, a nearby AutoZone had referred me to Alta Mere Auto Care, and they really helped me out. They were highly professional, accommodating, educational and Josh made sure they got my car taken care of as quickly as possible, they explained everything really well, got my AC diagnosed and up and running, which was vital because it was 97° out last weekend. Cheryl was amazing too, and I was really grateful for the prompt help and thorough work on my car. I stopped by later for them to see if there was any further leak and again they were really quick getting the car in and out and so accommodating. I checked market prices and what they charged me was super reasonable, I was so nice to know I was being treated fairly. If I lived in town I would definitely be a regular at this garage!!!

Awful awful awful experience. Horrible customer service. Came only for a state inspection. When I first arrived with my child in the car no one would service us and there was an employee just sitting in a chair playing on his phone, he wouldn’t get up to help, I came inside and stood for awhile and there are two front desk ladies, the one with the lip ring seen me and didn’t bother to help and stood there for what seemed forever and then the other one who was the ONLY great employee at this location with AWESOME customer service named Aspen seen me and immediately tried to assist me. Everyone else here needs to take notes. Was told the person that does those was on his way back from the dr. Went to Walmart came back. Pulled up to the open and empty state inspections and was immediately told to go back and pull to the side even though that lane was empty. Shortly after doing so cars surrounded mine to where I couldn’t get out. Stayed inside the office for 30 minutes while the inspection guy just kept walking in and out the office. While in the office the other front desk lady Cheryl who not once offered to assist me even when I came back the second time is so unprofessional she hit

The entire staff at Alta Mere Auto Care in Ft. Worth is great!! Honest, dependable, and easy to work with. I have used them several times and they have consistently been very accommodating. I highly recommend their services and plan to continue using them for all my auto care needs. Shout-out to the front desk for being so helpful and also to the free shuttle driver, Lucas. Ya'll are very much appreciated! Thanks for helping me get my sister's car back on the road again :)

Brad and the team at Alta Mere saved my 2006 Land Cruiser after two prominent Fort Worth shops told me the engine was blown and needed a full replacement. The truck sat for 18 months. Brad diagnosed the real problem in 24 hours - a single bolt that someone forgot to install properly, lodged in the valves. One head job and I was back on the road the next day. The 2UZ-FE is Toyota's legendary million-mile motor, and those other shops wanted to swap it out for profit. Brad just wanted to fix my truck. Five years a customer, 285,000+ miles still rolling. If you want honest expertise in Fort Worth, this is the shop. Period.
